RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns & exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged or sent incorrectly.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we apologise in advance that we are not able to accept return of items for:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts not due to our fault.
- If the item is defective, damaged or misused by the customer.
- If the customer changes their mind and decides that they no longer want the item.
- Any item that is returned more then 14 working days from date of purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
All items are checked first before mailing out and we sincerely apologise if your item has slipped by our QC officer.
Our return policy lasts 14 working days from date of purchase after which we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the original packaging with tags attached.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Certainly. However, all return items seeking for exchange must be unused, unaltered, with original tags and packaging still intact.

WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCESS?
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 working days.
HOW DO I SHIP MY ORDER BACK TO YOU?
If you are shipping an item back to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service as we will not be held responsible for any lost packages sent through non traceable mailing options.
